We are building an AI/ML SaaS platform trusted by enterprise customers to manage critical workflows and data. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of product, engineering, business, and cloud operations, while gaining hands-on experience with modern AI technologies. You will collaborate with a cohort of engineers and the founding team to build, test, and scale AI-powered systems using cutting-edge tools and real-world projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. AI Engineering & Development

1. Learn and apply AI tools, prompt engineering, automation techniques, and modern AI workflows.
2. Assist in building and optimizing LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven systems.
3. Contribute to the development of AI agents, workflows, and integrations.

2. Problem Solving & Execution

1. Break down complex business and technical problems into structured, actionable steps.
2. Execute tasks with clarity, precision, and efficiency across multiple domains.
3. Continuously improve workflows by identifying gaps and proposing solutions.

3. Product & Experimentation Support

1. Support product experimentation by testing AI-powered features and workflows.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities.
3. Contribute to shaping next-generation AI-driven solutions.

4. Learning & Adaptability

1. Stay updated with rapidly evolving AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
2. Quickly learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
3. Apply newly acquired knowledge to real-world projects.

5. Collaboration & Communication

1. Work closely with associate engineers and the founding team on live projects.
2. Communicate complex ideas clearly through written and verbal channels.
3. Document processes, workflows, and learnings effectively.

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

1. Challenge existing approaches and propose innovative improvements.
2. Explore new methods to increase efficiency and performance.
3. Contribute to building scalable and future-ready AI systems.
