Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in the NBFC or Banking domain. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and support the successful delivery of financial technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in requirement gathering, and a good understanding of banking or NBFC workflows such as lending, onboarding, collections, KYC, or loan management systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
2. Conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
3. Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and use case documents.
4. Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
5. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
6. Coordinate UAT activities and support business users during testing.
7. Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
8. Collaborate with product owners and project managers for timely delivery.
9. Support change management and production issue analysis when required.

Requirements

1. 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
2. Mandatory experience in NBFC or Banking domain.
3. Strong understanding of financial services workflows and business processes.
4. Experience in loan management systems, digital lending, KYC, collections, onboarding, or related banking modules is preferred.
5. Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
6. Experience in preparing business documentation such as BRD, FRD, SRS, wireframes, and user stories.
7. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
9. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools is an advantage.
