Job Description
We are seeking a Pre-Sales & Sales Manager to drive business growth for our AI & Mobile Business Unit. This role combines solution consulting, enterprise sales, and client engagement, with a strong focus on AI/ML solutions, mobile applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
You will play a critical role in winning new business, shaping solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-impact AI and mobile solutions to global clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for AI and mobile solutions
- Identify new business opportunities across industries (Healthcare, Retail, BFSI, etc.)
- Meet and exceed revenue and conversion targets
2. Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and pain points
- Design and present AI/ML and mobile solution architectures
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimations, and solution documents
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical approach and feasibility
3. Client Engagement & Consulting
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI adoption and mobile transformation
- Conduct solution demos, workshops, and discovery sessions
- Translate business needs into scalable and practical technology solutions
4. Go-To-Market Support
- Support GTM strategies for AI products and mobile solutions
- Collaborate with marketing on:
- Case studies
- Sales collateral
- Thought leadership content
- Contribute to product positioning and differentiation
5. Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams
- Work with project managers and tech leads to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction
- Provide inputs for continuous improvement of offerings
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Sales / Solution Consulting
- Strong experience in IT services or product-based companies
- Proven track record in closing mid to large-size deals
- MBA or equivalent business qualification (preferred)
