About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MediNoteX, our AI-powered medical transcription and documentation platform. You will bridge business objectives, technical teams, and healthcare end-users to ensure the product delivers high value, strong usability, and healthcare-aligned innovation.

About our Product - MediNoteX

MediNoteX is transforming healthcare with AI-driven medical transcription solutions that automate SOAP note generation and streamline clinical documentation. The platform reduces administrative burden, enhances clinical workflows, and allows physicians to focus more on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MediNoteX
• Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, design, and QA teams to deliver clinically relevant features
• Gather and analyse user requirements from healthcare providers
• Convert business needs into clear user stories and maintain a prioritized product backlog
• Work with stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure timely product releases
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
• Conduct competitive and market research to identify differentiation opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications 

Product & Domain expertise

• 3–6 years as a Product Owner/Product Manager in healthcare tech, AI, or SaaS
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows, EHR/EMR systems, and healthcare data standards

Technical & Functional skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage sprints
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)

Soft skills

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical teams
• Passion for using technology to simplify healthcare and improve patient outcomes
