Job Description
We are looking for a true rainmaker — a sales leader who thrives on building markets, opening doors, and creating opportunities, with a proven ability to build pipelines from scratch and consistently close high-value enterprise deals.
You will lead the go-to-market for two high-potential platforms:
1. NBFC Digital Platform
A modern technology platform enabling NBFCs to digitise lending, customer onboarding, loan management, compliance, and analytics.
2. VectraRide
A smart fleet and mobility platform designed for RMC companies, logistics providers, and fleet management operators to optimise vehicle utilization, real-time tracking, operational efficiency, and business intelligence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to close large deals (SaaS, FinTech, mobility, logistics tech, or enterprise platforms)
- Strong network in one or more sectors:
- NBFC / Financial Services
- Logistics & Fleet Management
- Construction / RMC Industry
- Demonstrated track record of building sales pipelines and consistently hitting revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable selling to CXOs and senior decision-makers
Nice to Have
- Experience selling FinTech or lending platforms
- Experience selling fleet, telematics, or IoT-based mobility solutions
- Existing relationships in NBFC ecosystem or logistics industry
