Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer, you will be part of the DevOps team that also handles Cloud Ops. You will be responsible for managing and supporting our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Microsoft Azure infrastructure across all our product lines, addressing requests for new cloud resource provisioning, setting up and configuring various components of the infrastructure, and performing maintenance activities.

Additionally, you will be required to set up new pipelines and CI/CD processes for new development while supporting and optimizing our existing cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.

Hands - on experience with both Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), along with strong hands - on experience working with Kubernetes, is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure: Manage and provision Windows VMs, Linux VMs, Azure PaaS services,

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) PaaS resources, SQL MI provisioning, and other cloud

infrastructure components.

• Application Deployments: Set up and manage Azure DevOps YAML build pipelines and

classic release pipelines, PowerShell and Bash scripts, Docker containers, and database

deployments.

• Kubernetes: Manage, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications and workloads

running on Kubernetes environments. Support Kubernetes - based application

deployments, scaling, networking, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Database Deployments: Support database deployment processes, including BACPAC

and related database deployment activities.

• Source Control Management: Manage and support SCM processes using Bitbucket.

• Application Types: Support deployments and infrastructure for APIs, Web applications,

FastAPI, Windows Services, Task Scheduler Jobs, and SQL Server Agent Jobs.

• Networking: Strong knowledge of networking, VPNs, and network security. Implement

secure network configurations, manage firewall rules, set up virtual private networks

(VPNs) and troubleshoot network issues.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure

across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• CI/CD: Set up, maintain, optimize, and improve existing build and deployment pipelines.

• Deployments: Deploy applications and databases across different environments.

• Troubleshooting: Help with debugging post - deployment issues and provide support to

development teams.

• Access Management: Manage access to Bitbucket, Sentry, VMs, and cloud resources

across Azure and OCI.

• Database Infrastructure: Support primary and secondary database setup, database

synchronization processes and read - only secondary database configurations.

• Monitoring & Logging: Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, set up application

logging, and assist development teams with logs and troubleshooting.

• Infrastructure Automation: Support infrastructure automation using tools such as

Terraform and ARM templates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in automating application deployments to the cloud.

• Hands - on experience with both Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Strong hands - on experience with Kubernetes (managed and self - hosted), including

deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, scaling, networking, and managing

application workloads.

• Strong experience in deploying and setting up .NET, MS - SQL, and Python - based

applications.

• Strong experience in networking and cloud security.

• Experience managing and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure across Azure and

OCI environments.

• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerized application environments.

• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.

• Good to have - Experience in migrating applications from Azure to OCI

• Ability to quickly learn and implement new tools and technologies.

• Ability to excel within an Agile environment.

• Experience with infrastructure automation is a must.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, preferably with Azure DevOps.

• Working experience with ARM and Terraform for infrastructure automation.

• Good experience in scripting – Python, PowerShell for Windows, and Bash for Linux

• Knowledge of web infrastructure and how it works is essential, including routing and load

balancing.

• Experience working with cloud networking, security, compute, and infrastructure services

across Azure and OCI is preferred.
