Job Description

1. Lead Odoo development projects from requirement analysis to on-time delivery
2. Support in technical demonstrations and gap resolution
3. Translate functional requests for technical team understanding
4. Manage Odoo ERP customization, migration, testing, and documentation
5. Proactively monitor system performance and resolve issues
6. Provide task planning, estimation, and progress tracking
7. Supervise Developer Team to ensure quality and best practices
8. Architect solutions for Odoo application enhancements
9. Manage sprints and daily scrum meetings for progress review
10. Act as a Technical Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert
11. Troubleshoot and escalate critical technical issues
12. Develop and maintain systems documentation
13. Continuously learn and stay updated on Odoo programming concepts

Requirements
