Job Description

The Senior Passenger Processing Systems Engineer is responsible for the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of the airport's passenger-facing digital platforms in a 24×7 operational environment. As the highest technical escalation point (L3), the role ensures the availability, performance, and reliability of IPTV, video walls, digital signage, advertisement displays, and passenger processing systems. The engineer collaborates with airport operations, airlines, OEMs, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues, maintain seamless system integrations, ensure SLA compliance, and enhance the overall passenger experience.

Requirements

1. 8–12 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or managed services.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting passenger-facing systems, digital signage, AV systems, or airport operational technologies.
3. Strong expertise in system integration, incident management, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination within mission-critical airport, transportation, or smart infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
2. ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
3. Certifications in Digital Signage, IPTV, AV systems, or enterprise infrastructure technologies are desirable.
