Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth, and market expansion initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving the organization’s sales performance while overseeing integrated marketing strategies that generate demand, strengthen brand equity, and support long-term business objectives.

Requirements
Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Drive key account management and strategic client acquisition
Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline development to deal closure
Establish sales targets, performance metrics, and incentive structures
Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Work closely with product, delivery, and leadership teams to align messaging and offerings
Ensure seamless alignment between marketing campaigns and sales execution
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors where required
Monitor and report on sales and marketing KPIs, pipeline health, and campaign performance
Use data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition cost
