Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business growth for the Digital Experience & Engineering Business Unit. This role combines enterprise sales, product sales, and marketing leadership with a strong focus on CMS/e-commerce services and VirtualX — PIT’s AI-powered SaaS assessment platform.

You will play a critical role in winning new business, owning the VirtualX sales motion, building PIT’s global brand, and working with delivery teams to serve clients across Europe, India, the Middle East, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  1. Drive end-to-end B2B sales: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  2. Target mid-market clients in Europe (DACH, Benelux, UK), India, Middle East, and the USA for CMS, e-commerce, Flutter, and custom PHP/RoR services
  3. Build and manage a strong pipeline across small, medium, and large accounts
  4. Develop TYPO3/Shopify Plus partner and white-label agency networks in DACH and Benelux

2. Product Sales — VirtualX

  1. Own the full VirtualX sales motion: demos, trials, onboarding, and ARR pipeline management
  2. Target schools, colleges, coaching institutes (India), and corporate L&D/HR teams (Middle East, USA, Europe)
  3. Work with the product team to align the roadmap with market feedback

3. Marketing & Brand

  1. Lead BU-level marketing anchored on “AI-first Digital Experience Partner” across all four geographies
  2. Own LinkedIn thought leadership, case studies, campaign assets, and VirtualX go-to-market content
  3. Represent PIT at TYPO3 (T3DD, T3CM), Shopify Unite, and EdTech events globally

4. Collaboration & Delivery Alignment

  1. Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams with clear solution and scope documentation
  2. Work with project managers and tech leads to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment


Requirements
  1. 8–12 years of B2B sales & marketing; at least 4 years in tech services, digital agencies, or SaaS/IT outsourcing
  2. Proven success selling digital services or software to clients across Europe, India, Middle East, or the USA
  3. SaaS product sales experience — ARR growth, subscription models, demo-to-close — is a strong advantage
  4. MBA or equivalent preferred; Arabic/German is a plus
