Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Systems Engineer to manage and support mission-critical airport security systems in a 24×7 international airport environment. The role is responsible for the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of physical security solutions, including CCTV, video analytics, access control, and RFID systems. As the highest technical escalation point (L3), you will ensure system availability, SLA compliance, and seamless collaboration with airport operations, security teams, OEMs, and vendors.

Requirements

1. 8–12 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or managed services.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting passenger-facing systems, digital signage, AV systems, or airport operational technologies.
3. Strong expertise in system integration, incident management, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination within mission-critical airport, transportation, or smart infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
2. ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
3. Certifications in Digital Signage, IPTV, AV systems, or enterprise infrastructure technologies are desirable.
