Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer (Techno-Functional) with 5+ years of experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in the Odoo framework along with a sound understanding of business processes to deliver scalable and efficient ERP solutions.

The role involves collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and clients to analyze business requirements, recommend optimal solutions, develop custom modules, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

An ideal candidate for us should have satisfactory working knowledge/exposure in the following:

1. Experience -4+ years
2. Excellent understanding of Odoo framework. (v15-v19)
3. Strong knowledge of Odoo Stack Technologies (i.e. Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, PostgreSQL etc.)
4. Should have good understanding of Odoo module building and troubleshooting (new module development, customization etc.)
5. Should have good understanding of database administration
6. Extensive knowledge in code versioning tools like Git
7. Knowledge on Odoo Base modules - Sales, Website, Purchase, Accounting etc.
8. Knowledge of Linux flavored operating system.
9. Familiarity with Odoo.sh , Odoo Online, and Odoo On-Premises
10. Strong Debugging skills and should have good problem-solving abilities.
11. Quick learner with good verbal and written communication skills.
12. Work within assigned deadlines.
13. Ability to multitask in multiple projects, if required
14. Excellent understanding of coding standards
15. Techno-functional expertise.
16. Odoo Certification
