Role Overview 

We are looking for a seasoned US IT/Non-IT recruitment professional with strong end-to-end hiring capability and a high level of ownership. This role is well-suited for someone who operates with autonomy, urgency, and a clear focus on delivery outcomes in a fast-paced staffing environment. 

The position supports hiring for specialised clinical and administrative support roles within the healthcare domain, including auxiliary staffing positions such as Hygienists, EFDAs, Dental Assistants, and Front Office professionals. The ability to balance volume, quality, and turnaround time is critical for success. 

Success in this role depends on clear, confident, and professional communication, aligned with global and U.S. business standards, across both written and spoken interactions. 

Work schedule: Monday to Friday; Aligned to U.S. Business hours (Eastern Time).

Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and onboarding for healthcare support roles.
  • Build and maintain strong, high-quality talent pipelines using job boards, databases, referrals, social platforms, and professional networks.
  • Conduct structured phone and virtual interviews to assess role fit, communication quality, professionalism, and readiness.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and deliver accurate, timely hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and responsive candidate experience, reflecting a premium staffing brand.
  • Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records, recruitment documentation, and reporting metrics.
  • Stay informed on healthcare staffing trends, credentialing norms, and recruiting best practices. 
Required Skills & Competencies 
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication, suitable for professional, client-facing interactions aligned with U.S. business expectations.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a self-driven, results-oriented approach to recruitment delivery.
  • High attention to detail with disciplined follow-up, execution, and documentation.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage candidate and stakeholder relationships with professionalism.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a performance-driven setting with defined timelines and targets.
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms for candidate tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience using job boards, professional networking platforms, databases, and digital sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified talent.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using modern communication and workflow tools.
Qualifications 
  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (required).
  • Healthcare or clinical staffing experience (strong advantage).
  • Staffing agency, sales, or client-facing recruiting background (preferred).
  • Experience working with high-volume and specialised hiring requirements is an added advantage.
  • Customer service experience (advantageous).
  • College degree preferred but not mandatory.
