Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can design scalable enterprise platforms and systems across multiple technologies. The role requires strong expertise in system design, cloud architecture, distributed systems, and AI-enabled development environments. The architect will work closely with engineering teams, domain experts, and sales teams to design and deliver solutions for enterprise clients across industries such as BFSI, logistics, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be technology agnostic and capable of designing solutions across different programming languages and technology stacks.

Requirements

Architecture & System Design

1. Design scalable enterprise application architectures and platform solutions.
2. Define system architecture, including:
3. microservices
4. distributed systems
5. event-driven architectures
6. API ecosystems
7. Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.

Cloud & Platform Architecture

Design cloud-native solutions using:

1. AWS / Azure / GCP
2. container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
3. serverless architectures
4. event streaming platforms

Focus on high availability and fault-tolerant systems.

AI-Enabled Development Strategy

1. Define development frameworks using AI-assisted engineering tools.
2. Enable engineering teams to leverage:
3. AI coding assistants
4. automated testing
5. code generation
6. productivity tooling
7. Establish architecture standards that support rapid development across technology stacks.

Technology Leadership

1. Provide technical leadership to engineering teams across multiple projects.
2. Conduct architecture reviews and solution validations.
3. Define engineering best practices and architecture standards.

Product & Platform Development

Support architecture for internal platforms such as:

1. NBFC / lending platforms
2. logistics / fleet management platforms
3. HR and enterprise SaaS solutions

Client Engagement & Pre-Sales

1. Support technical solutioning during sales cycles.
2. Participate in client workshops and architecture discussions.
3. Define architecture proposals and technical solution documentation.
