Job Description
PIT Solutions is seeking a high-impact VP – Global Enterprise Sales & AI Partnerships to spearhead new logo acquisition and large deal closure across our priority global markets. This is not a role for an order-taker — we are looking for a builder and a hunter: someone who opens doors, builds relationships at the CXO level, and converts conversations into multi-year enterprise engagements.
New Business Development & Pipeline Generation
- Identify, pursue, and win new enterprise clients across Europe, North America, and GCC markets.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of Rs. 25 Crore+ within the first 120 days.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle — from opportunity identification and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Independently originate opportunities through your professional network, targeted outreach, and partnership with the marketing team.
CXO Relationship Management
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers (CEO, CTO, CFO, COO).
- Represent PIT Solutions at industry forums, executive events, trade shows, and networking platforms.
- Position PIT Solutions as an AI-First Digital Transformation Partner — not a vendor — in every client conversation.
Deal Execution & Commercial Leadership
- Drive large deal pursuits across IT services, AI & automation, ERP (Odoo), digital transformation, and eCommerce platforms.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and pricing discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal solution architects, delivery leads, and technical teams to craft winning proposals.
- Leverage the marketing and demand gen team for account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting your key accounts.
Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Develop and nurture strategic technology and channel partnerships that unlock new market access.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform the product and service roadmap.
- Contribute to the refinement of go-to-market strategies for priority verticals and geographies.
Requirements
▸ 15+ years of enterprise IT services sales experience, with a consistent track record of closing high-value deals (Rs. 2.5 Crore – Rs. 40 Crore+).
▸ Demonstrated experience selling IT services, digital transformation, AI/automation solutions, ERP platforms, or enterprise technology.
▸ Proven ability to independently source, pursue, and close new business — not just manage inherited accounts.
▸ Strong professional network of enterprise decision makers across at least one of our priority regions (Europe, North America, or GCC).
▸ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract.
▸ Candidates should be comfortable managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and lasting 6–12 months.
