Job Description

PIT Solutions is seeking a high-impact VP – Global Enterprise Sales & AI Partnerships to spearhead new logo acquisition and large deal closure across our priority global markets. This is not a role for an order-taker — we are looking for a builder and a hunter: someone who opens doors, builds relationships at the CXO level, and converts conversations into multi-year enterprise engagements.


New Business Development & Pipeline Generation

  1. Identify, pursue, and win new enterprise clients across Europe, North America, and GCC markets.
  2. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of Rs. 25 Crore+ within the first 120 days.
  3. Lead the complete sales lifecycle — from opportunity identification and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  4. Independently originate opportunities through your professional network, targeted outreach, and partnership with the marketing team.


CXO Relationship Management

  1. Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers (CEO, CTO, CFO, COO).
  2. Represent PIT Solutions at industry forums, executive events, trade shows, and networking platforms.
  3. Position PIT Solutions as an AI-First Digital Transformation Partner — not a vendor — in every client conversation.


Deal Execution & Commercial Leadership

  1. Drive large deal pursuits across IT services, AI & automation, ERP (Odoo), digital transformation, and eCommerce platforms.
  2. Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and pricing discussions with senior stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal solution architects, delivery leads, and technical teams to craft winning proposals.
  4. Leverage the marketing and demand gen team for account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting your key accounts.


Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion

  1. Develop and nurture strategic technology and channel partnerships that unlock new market access.
  2. Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform the product and service roadmap.
  3. Contribute to the refinement of go-to-market strategies for priority verticals and geographies.


Requirements


▸ 15+ years of enterprise IT services sales experience, with a consistent track record of closing high-value deals (Rs. 2.5 Crore – Rs. 40 Crore+).

▸ Demonstrated experience selling IT services, digital transformation, AI/automation solutions, ERP platforms, or enterprise technology.

▸ Proven ability to independently source, pursue, and close new business — not just manage inherited accounts.

▸ Strong professional network of enterprise decision makers across at least one of our priority regions (Europe, North America, or GCC).

▸ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract.

▸ Candidates should be comfortable managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and lasting 6–12 months.
