About the Role:

We are hiring an SAP Hybris Functional Consultant to drive requirements gathering, solution design, and functional validation of SAP Commerce Cloud projects. The role demands a deep understanding of B2B/B2C commerce processes and strong coordination with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis & Solutioning

• Collect, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Define e-commerce solutions for catalog, checkout, promotions, and order management.
• Configure Hybris modules to align with customer journeys.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Testing

• Facilitate UAT, conduct stakeholder workshops, and train business users.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure delivery quality.

Key Skills Required:

• Functional knowledge of Hybris B2B/B2C accelerators
• Experience with product catalogs, promotions, workflows, and order management
• Familiarity with SAP ERP/S4 HANA integration concepts
• Agile delivery practices, JIRA/Confluence

Preferred Certifications:

• SAP Commerce Cloud Functional Consultant Certification
• Experience with SAP Spartacus and omnichannel commerce
