About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to support the growth of PIT Solutions’ digital product lines. This role focuses on meeting prospects daily on the ground, building customer relationships, learning consultative selling, and contributing to revenue growth through structured outreach and product pitching. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in goal-based environments with clear performance metrics and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product awareness and adoption through consistent daily prospect meetings and outreach
- Build and strengthen relationships with prospects and customers to support long-term growth
- Identify, qualify, and progress business opportunities through structured follow-ups
- Support product presentations, demos, and proposal preparation aligned to client needs
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and track progress against defined growth milestones
- Gather market feedback and insights to improve product positioning and outreach strategy
Required Skills:
- Fresher to 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (IT/SaaS exposure is a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in in-person and online customer interactions
- Comfortable working in goal-based, fast-paced environments with clear performance metrics
- Willingness to engage prospects on the ground in a hybrid work model
- Understanding of business and technology solutions (on-the-job training will be provided)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a performance-driven role
