About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to SEO, email marketing, and social media management, along with a basic understanding of analytics and marketing automation tools.
You will support the team in executing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions, while building strong foundational skills in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Conduct keyword research and assist in implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
- Track keyword performance and website traffic using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Support link-building and content outreach activities.
- Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and designers to support campaign execution.
2. Email Marketing:
- Create, schedule, and track email campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Assist in building segmented mailing lists and personalizing campaign content.
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to support campaign optimization.
3. Social Media Marketing:
- Support management of company pages across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, create, and schedule posts using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and basic campaign analytics.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Measure campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tracking tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest basic, actionable improvements.
- Support tracking implementation through UTM tagging and basic conversion tracking.
5. Client and Stakeholder Coordination (Preferred):
- Support communication with internal teams and, where applicable, clients to understand campaign goals.
- Assist in sharing performance updates, reports, and optimization inputs.
