About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager passionate about delivering meaningful mobile and web application solutions. Key Responsibilities

• · Project Delivery - Mobile & Web: Lead end-to-end delivery of responsive web platforms and native/hybrid mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• · Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, sprints, budgets, and resource strategies. Continuously monitor timelines and optimize delivery flows.
• · Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and psychological safety.
• · Stakeholder engagement: Act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership—ensuring clear, transparent communication and goal alignment.
• · Quality & Performance Oversight: Ensure deliverables meet usability, scalability, and cross-platform performance standards through active collaboration with QA/UX teams.
• · Technical alignment: Use your understanding of technologies such as Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin, REST APIs, and modern web stacks to guide discussions and solve delivery challenges.
• · Reporting & Documentation: Create progress updates, retrospectives, and closure reports. Promote learning by capturing project insights and improvement points.

Required Qualifications

• · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• · Experience:
  • . 8+ years in IT, with at least 3 years leading mobile and web app development projects.
  • . Hands-on familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle, app store/play store deployment, and responsive web implementation.
• · Methodologies: Familiarity and with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
• · Tools & Platforms: Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• · Technical background: Prior experience in web/mobile development or digital product delivery.
• · Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent.
• · Experience working with cross-regional or remote teams.
• · Understanding of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, cloud-based (AWS/GCP/Azure) delivery pipelines.
