About the Role

We’re hiring a Solution Architect with deep expertise across the full stack – specifically Java (Spring Framework) on the backend and React/React Native for web and mobile frontends. This role is ideal for a seasoned technologist who thrives in designing scalable, cloud-ready solutions and leading cross-functional engineering teams toward successful delivery.

As the technical thought leader, you will drive architectural decisions, balance backend robustness with frontend responsiveness, and define secure and modular frameworks for enterprise applications. You will also provide hands-on guidance, mentoring developers, and shaping technical direction across high-impact projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and enterprise application architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Security, Cloud).
• Proven experience in developing and architecting solutions using React and React Native.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modular architecture principles.
• Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD workflows, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end, cross-platform applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React/React Native.
• Define and enforce architecture standards and coding best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technical direction with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership through code reviews, architecture governance, and mentorship of development teams.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native architectures and DevOps pipelines, ensuring CI/CD automation and deployment efficiency.
