Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven PMO Associate to support project governance, effort tracking, and billing coordination across business functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational alignment between delivery, finance, and client-facing teams. A strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel, and the ability to collaborate across functions are essential to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project effort tracking by validating resource timesheets and ensuring accurate mapping of billable vs. non-billable efforts.
- Coordinate with onshore (US) finance and account teams to enable timely client invoicing.
- Assist with billing cycle operations, ensuring alignment between project delivery data and finance inputs.
- Liaise with the internal Finance team to streamline invoice generation and reconciliation workflows.
- Manage calendar coordination, drive meeting cadences (status calls, governance reviews), and document action items/follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date records and dashboards to support compliance, audits, and operational reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or M.Com from a recognized institution.
- 0–2 years of experience in PMO support, project operations, or financial coordination roles (internship experience included).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-cultural, cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple project workflows concurrently.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in operational and project support activities.
