Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of overall experience, including significant exposure to product-based environments, to lead the delivery of HRMS and/or CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of project execution, stakeholder management, and product delivery experience, with the ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases. This role focuses on delivery ownership, execution governance, and supporting product prioritization decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Delivery & Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of HRMS / CRM product initiatives across multiple modules and releases.
- Translate product roadmaps and business requirements into executable project plans with clear milestones.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Manage dependencies across engineering, QA, DevOps, and external vendors.
- Drive release governance including release readiness, cutover planning, and go-live coordination.
- Coordinate delivery across Microsoft .NET engineering teams and ensure alignment with architecture, quality, and release standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between Product Owners, Engineering Leads, QA, and Business stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular status updates, sprint reviews, release planning, and executive reporting.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution through stakeholder alignment.
Agile / SDLC Management
- Drive Agile delivery practices (Scrum / Kanban / Hybrid) across product teams.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, quality standards, and governance processes.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure proactive mitigation.
- Coordinate UAT planning and execution with Business stakeholders, ensuring sign-offs are obtained.
- Track and report delivery metrics (e.g., sprint predictability, cycle time, defect leakage / escape rate) to improve performance.
Product & Domain Alignment
- Work closely with Product Managers to align execution with product vision and roadmap.
- Understand HRMS / CRM domain workflows such as:
- Employee lifecycle management.
- Payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Performance management.
- Learning & Development.
- CRM lead, opportunity, and customer lifecycle management.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and security considerations are factored into delivery.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to improve delivery predictability and velocity.
- Continuously improve project management processes, metrics, and delivery frameworks.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
