Strategic sourcing for technology Startups – PITS & our long term affair with startups

Erstellt von Thomaskutty Sebastian am 21. Feb 2018

Started in 2000 as a „startup“ with a 4 member team, it has been a challenging journey for PIT Solutions AG (PITS) until it found its “niche” in software development outsourcing services industry. Our niche was identified through a great strategic workshop by Tom Röthlisberger of Digital Innovation Lab.

PITS today is a team of more than 300 members (comprised of DevOps, Software architects, Frontend specialists, Web & Mobile developers, AI experts and so on) tirelessly working to serve Swiss clients  – mainly startups and SMEs.

Today PITS has the full confidence to say that we know the real pain of Startups and the way to address that pain points. The  3 major pain points for any startups are, not necessarily in same order always.
1. Capital – a cost effective development approach
2. Selecting the right and latest tools and technologies
3. Time to market

Our offer is not just classical offshoring of sending development work abroad, it is rather an ideal mix of onsite-offshore model to realize projects successfully. Our Swiss office act as the primary contact to enable and empower our clients and our development team in India and set the right expectation regarding project execution.

If you consider strategic sourcing for your project, PITS would be an ideal choice, thanks to our 17 year old experience & our 300+ experienced team members who possess right qualifications, experience and certifications in their respective fields. In addition to our regular team we are constantly developing new team members through our PITS Academy initiative, http://pitsacademy.com/
If you are curious enough, please check out https://www.pitsolutions.com/startups/ and call us @ 043 558 4360 or email us at kontakt@pitsolutions.ch

We would be happy to share a coffee with you at our primary office at Rüti ZH or at Impact Hub Zürich, a place for startups!
