About the Role
We are looking for a Content & Proposal Writer with proven experience in the IT & ITeS sector, combining technical bid writing with engaging B2B content creation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to technology tenders (RFPs, RFIs, EOIs) and be adept at creating LinkedIn thought leadership, media articles, and business proposals tailored for technology products and digital services. Strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of IT services are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create thought-leadership content focused on AI, digital transformation, software services & products, and IT solutions for LinkedIn posts, blogs, and articles.
- Draft technology-focused proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, and capability statements for IT clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to understand technical offerings and business messaging.
- Develop media content, PR articles, and website copy to strengthen brand positioning in IT & digital markets.
- Translate technical and IT solution details into crisp, business-friendly narratives for diverse digital channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to enhance proposal success rates and thought leadership relevance.
- Monitor content and proposal performance metrics, recommending optimizations based on engagement and conversion trends.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in content writing and proposal management within IT & ITeS environments.
- Demonstrated experience handling technology tenders (government, federal, or enterprise) and preparing winning proposals.
- Ability to simplify complex IT concepts, digital services, and product offerings into engaging content and persuasive bids.
- Proven success in creating high-impact LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, and sales content for technology-driven organizations.
- Excellent command of English, with strong editing, storytelling, and technical writing skills.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, LinkedIn algorithm trends, and B2B content strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva to deliver professional-grade proposals and branded content.
