About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Flutter Developer to join our team and help build an innovative mobile product in its early stages. You will be instrumental in crafting high-performance, responsive mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, while adhering to best practices in design, performance, and scalability. You will also collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior developers to build a world-class app experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Translate Figma wireframes and designs into pixel-perfect, performance-optimized Flutter UI components.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to ensure seamless data and user interaction.
• Build core app features such as push notifications, geolocation, and payment gateways for both Android and iOS.
• Debug issues, monitor app performance, and implement solutions to ensure app stability and efficiency.
• Use architectural patterns such as BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod for clean and scalable codebases.
• Manage app deployments and updates on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring platform compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members through code reviews, pair programming, and technical support.
• Follow Google’s and Apple’s mobile UX guidelines to deliver a consistent and intuitive user experience.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments with timely and high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years specifically in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong expertise in Flutter state management libraries such as BLoC, GetX, Riverpod, or Provider.
• Experience with RESTful API integration and real-time data handling.
• Proficiency in converting UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive Flutter code.
• Hands-on experience in building and integrating notifications, maps/location services, and in-app payments.
• Published and maintained apps in both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with Flutter-supported databases (e.g., Hive, SQLite, Firebase).
• Proven mentoring experience and ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Native development experience in Kotlin/Java (Android) or Swift/Objective-C (iOS).
• Experience working with cloud platforms like Firebase, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization tools for Flutter.
• Understanding of secure coding practices including data encryption and secure storage.
• Ability to create advanced UI animations and custom widgets.
• Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile project management tools.
