We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Functional Consultant with extensive experience in implementing and managing Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of latest Odoo versions, strong business analysis capabilities, and the ability to guide clients through the entire implementation cycle — from requirement gathering to go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Odoo Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Odoo functionality, modules, and workflows (especially in versions 18 and 19). Present and explain Odoo features and workflows to clients effectively.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Analyse customers’ business processes and requirements to map them accurately with Odoo functionalities, acting as a trusted business consultant.
- Requirement Assessment: Identify which requirements can be met through Odoo configurations and which require custom development.
- System Implementation: Perform complete system implementation, configuration, testing, and fine-tuning of Odoo modules as per client needs.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation (SRS, BRD, or functional specifications) for all tasks requiring development or customization.
- Developer Coordination: Collaborate closely with the technical/development team to ensure proper implementation and test developed modules and features.
- Customer Support: Provide end-to-end assistance during the delivery cycle, including software setup, configuration, and go-live support.
- Customer Training: Conduct training sessions for clients—both online and on-site—to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of Odoo.
- Module Maintenance: Test, maintain, and ensure smooth functioning of Odoo modules, projects, products, and interfaces.
- Research & Advisory: Explore new Odoo modules, apps, and verticals to meet evolving business requirements and recommend best-fit solutions.
- Marketing Plugins: Identify market needs, conceptualize plugin ideas, and promote and demonstrate these plugins to customers.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
