About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, business-focused Product Owner to lead the strategy, planning, and success of enterprise SaaS products such as Fleet Management, HRMS, and ATS. You will define product direction, manage the backlog, and work closely with engineering, UX, QA, and business teams to deliver scalable, user-centric, workflow-driven solutions that create measurable customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog aligned to business goals
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely product releases
- Perform business process mapping and identify automation opportunities
- Gather user feedback, analyze product usage, and drive continuous improvements
- Define and monitor product performance metrics (adoption, retention, ROI, efficiency gains)
- Conduct competitive and industry research to inform product decisions
- Ensure a seamless user experience across modules and workflows
- Support pre-sales and marketing teams with demos, documentation, and product positioning
Required Skills & Qualifications
Product Management Expertise
- 5-7 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in SaaS (Fleet, HRMS, ATS)
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, automation, and data-driven decision-making
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Technical & Functional Skills
- Ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage sprints
- Familiarity with integrations (GPS, ERP, CRM, payroll, third-party APIs)
- Experience with UX collaboration, analytics tools, and backlog systems (Jira, Azure DevOps)
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to translate needs into product value
- Passion for building scalable software that solves real business challenges
