About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Consultant to drive business development and partner engagement initiatives in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The ideal candidate brings a strong background in consultative sales, hands-on marketing, and client relationship management within the IT services or digital agency space.
In this senior-level role, you will work closely with global delivery and sales teams to identify new opportunities, enhance brand visibility, and support seamless client onboarding and engagement across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively identify, segment, and pursue potential clients across key industries through direct outreach and lead generation.
- Consultative Selling: Personally manage the entire sales cycle -from prospecting to deal closure—using a solution-focused approach.
- Marketing Collaboration: Contribute to creating marketing assets (blogs, case studies, campaigns) in collaboration with internal teams.
- Client Engagement: Maintain direct relationships with clients, ensuring proactive communication and customized solutions.
- Partnership Expansion: Initiate and manage strategic partnerships in the DACH region to grow market presence.
- Market Research: Stay hands-on with trend and competitor analysis to guide positioning and messaging.
- Cross-Functional coordination: Work closely with delivery teams across regions to align execution with client expectations.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, manage CRM data, and deliver insights to improve sales and marketing performance.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at events and forums to build visibility and generate leads.
