About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Consultant to drive business development and partner engagement initiatives in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The ideal candidate brings a strong background in consultative sales, hands-on marketing, and client relationship management within the IT services or digital agency space.

In this senior-level role, you will work closely with global delivery and sales teams to identify new opportunities, enhance brand visibility, and support seamless client onboarding and engagement across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively identify, segment, and pursue potential clients across key industries through direct outreach and lead generation.
  • Consultative Selling: Personally manage the entire sales cycle -from prospecting to deal closure—using a solution-focused approach.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Contribute to creating marketing assets (blogs, case studies, campaigns) in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain direct relationships with clients, ensuring proactive communication and customized solutions.
  • Partnership Expansion: Initiate and manage strategic partnerships in the DACH region to grow market presence.
  • Market Research: Stay hands-on with trend and competitor analysis to guide positioning and messaging.
  • Cross-Functional coordination: Work closely with delivery teams across regions to align execution with client expectations.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, manage CRM data, and deliver insights to improve sales and marketing performance.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at events and forums to build visibility and generate leads.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or partner management in IT services or digital agencies
  • Demonstrated success in growing regional business pipelines and exceeding revenue targets
  • Solid understanding of offshore software delivery models and cross-border project coordination
  • Familiarity with commerce platforms, content management systems, and mobility solutions
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed, multicultural team
  • Strong network within the IT or digital services industry, particularly in the DACH region
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, and market visits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating with offshore delivery teams and managing international client portfolios
  • Previous exposure to European sales operations, especially Germany-based accounts is a big plus
  • Experience leading small sales/marketing teams or managing external marketing vendors
