About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Team Lead with 7+ years of experience in mobile development, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native) along with team management and project planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mobile app development projects, ensuring performance, scalability, and quality.
• Mentor and manage a team of mobile developers, fostering collaboration and skill growth.
• Define project goals, timelines, and resource allocation for successful delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance to maintain high development standards.
• Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and recommend optimizations.
• Act as a technical liaison for clients, translating requirements into actionable development plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain clear documentation for designs, processes, and best practices 

Required skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years in mobile development, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Android, iOS, Flutter, or React Native.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, mobile architecture, and design patterns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
