About the Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer / Architect with deep expertise in Shopify 2.0 to lead complex ecommerce projects. This is a part-time consulting role ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategy, technical leadership, and hands-on development. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for high-growth ecommerce brands. 

Part-time consultant (10–20 hrs/week), remote, with shifts in U.S. time zones (EST/PST).

Key Responsibilities 

• Architect, scope, and implement robust Shopify 2.0 solutions using Hydrogen and Liquid
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align technical solutions with business goals
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold coding best practices
• Leverage AI tools and modern dev workflows for faster and smarter delivery
• Manage source control, branches, and code collaboration through GitHub

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 8+ years of experience in ecommerce or full-stack development
• Expertise in Shopify 2.0, Hydrogen, and Liquid
• Proficient in GitHub for version control and collaborative workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools
• Strong communication skills for client meetings and technical mentoring
