About the Role:

We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of an AI-powered enterprise platform from MVP to a scalable product. You’ll work directly with client leadership to shape product direction, turn vision into deliverables, and guide the full product lifecycle - from strategy to release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business vision into clear product roadmaps and prioritized feature sets.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, driving UX excellence and cross-functional execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Oversee development cycles - directly manage sprints or guide project managers.
• Leverage agile practices for estimation, planning, and iterative releases.
• Drive innovation, rapid prototyping, and data-informed enhancements.
• Optimize resource usage, timelines, and quality across distributed teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of total product management experience, including at least 5 years of end-to-end ownership of user-centric SaaS or AI-driven products.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles and user-first thinking.
• Proven ability to manage global teams and complex product rollouts.
• Solid technical fluency; comfortable in dev workflows, APIs, and product architecture.
• Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile methodology experience with a data-driven mindset.

• Code literacy or familiarity with version control and dev pipelines.
• Experience with AI/automation products or experimentation-driven development.
